Neighbors Day with Habitat for Humanity, 2026!

We were blessed with enough volunteers for two teams, met some amazing homeowners, and even walked away with some chicken salad sandwiches. Many hands make the work easy! Low impact for us, but a high impact for those we were able to help.

District Day, 2026!

For the first time, we welcomed NM Lax folks from four offices together in our future space! We celebrated with recognition, invaluable lessons from three speakers, a message from the MD, reflection on what 2025 brought us and what to look forward to for the new year. We ended the day with our holiday cocktail hour at Hatchery Riverside!

It’s the best time of year to spread holiday cheer!

We feel truly honored to be able to give back through the For Goodness Sakes project, which delivers extra care to children and families during the Christmas season entirely funded by local donations and community sponsors. A heartfelt thank you to all our advisors and team members who generously donated, shopped, and wrapped to provide gifts and household essentials to those in need.

Thank you to the La Crosse County Health Department for organizing the program!

Have you ever wondered what it's like to bowl with frozen poultry? ... us either!

In other news, we had an amazing time discovering how lopsided Turkey can either completely miss, or destroy 10 pins at our Turkey Bowling event, benefiting Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation! In beautiful weather before Thanksgiving, we raised $115 to support the continued fight against Childhood Cancer in 2 hours.

A special congratulations to our Turkey Bowling champion, Zach Van Craenenbroeck! 🎉 (who needed 3 frames to get a strike, but who's counting?)

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and gave us all a ton of laughs!

What an amazing day at our Annual Onalaska Office Chili Cook-Off! 🌶️We had an incredible time filled with delicious food and great company. Our office is truly a fun and fantastic place to be, and it's all thanks to each and every one of you!

And a huge congratulations to Ted Everson for being crowned our 2025 Chili Cook-Off Champion! 🎉 Your culinary skills impressed us all.
