Assuming this is truth which the police seem to verify not having a warrant and the evidence later is false, if the citizen shot and killed the officers once they entered the house would this be constitutionally protected right against illegal search and seizure, falsification of evidence and protection from tyranny?

Would you convict the son or give millions of dollars restitution? Same for mom? Was father correct in holding his rights up or should he have complied and later sued. Or did telling the police to present a warrant give him a multi million dollar paycheck?

I lean the police were tyrannical, unreasonable, violated many civil rights and had they been reasonable and did their research this could have been amicable interview. But f**k no the tyrannical police came out in force. Poor bastards that followed orders without all the data or all had all the false data.
