to the process and inspired me to step into the role myself. I work with all types of buyers and loan programs—from first-time buyers to VA, FHA, USDA, Jumbo, Renovation, and Construction-to-Perm. My approach is simple: I love to educate, I over-communicate (in a good way!), and I make sure my clients always feel confident and supported throughout their journey. I’m based in Chattanooga, TN, where I live with my husband, our two daughters, and a little boy on the way. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my kiddos—my “little broke best friends”—or hanging out with our two Yorkies, Gizmo and Dexter. A top-producing Mortgage Loan Officer is looking for a seasoned Loan Officer Assistant to join their team!

This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have strong mortgage industry experience and be able to jump in with minimal training.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience as a Loan Officer Assistant (required)
* Strong knowledge of the mortgage process from application to closing
* Experience collecting and reviewing loan documentation
* Ability to communicate professionally with borrowers, Realtors, title companies, and underwriters
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
* Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with Encompass is a plus

The Loan Officer is a high-performing producer, so we’re looking for someone who can keep up, stay organized, and provide exceptional support.
