I feel so lucky to not only be a part of Women Business Owners of North Florida but also incredibly humbled to serve as President this year. ❤️

We just wrapped up our Fall Retreat, and what a weekend it was! It was filled with collaboration, learning, meaningful conversations, new ideas, and most importantly, friendship. And of course…we had A LOT of fun along the way! 🥂✨

I’m so grateful for this incredible group of women and excited for all that this year has in store for WBO. Here’s to growing, evolving, and supporting each other every step of the way! 💕

Had a great time teaching my annual Financial Literacy class to a fantastic group of teens! It’s always one of my favorite events of the year, and I love helping the next generation build the knowledge and confidence to make smart financial decisions. Looking forward to doing it again next year!

✨ Please Join Us in Celebrating the 46th President of WBO and the 2026-2027 Board of Directors! ✨ Congrats to Leslie Park Welsh !

As we begin a new chapter, we are proud to welcome Leslie Welsh CPA as the 46th President of Women Business Owners of North Florida.

As the owner of Leslie Welch CPA, Inc., Leslie brings more than 20 years of accounting and tax expertise to our organization. Throughout her career, she has helped business owners navigate complex financial decisions while building a reputation for integrity, education, and practical guidance.

A passionate advocate for encouraging women in STEM-related fields, Leslie's love for mathematics comes from its foundation in facts, logic, and problem-solving. Those qualities have shaped both her professional success and her leadership style.

Since joining WBO in 2022, Leslie has been a dedicated member and champion of our mission. She often shares that when she first attended a WBO event during the COVID era, she immediately knew this organization was different. For the first time, she felt she had truly found her tribe. That experience inspired her commitment to investing in and evolving WBO so future generations of women business owners can experience the same sense of connection, support, and belonging.

Please join us in congratulating Leslie and our 2026-2027 Board of Directors as they lead WBO into its next year of growth, impact, and opportunity.

💜 Here's to empowering women, building meaningful connections, and creating a stronger future together.

Survived another tax season 🙌

April 15 is officially behind us, and I couldn’t be more proud of this crew. Long hours, lots of coffee, and a whole lot of teamwork — and we made it through together.

Grateful for a team that shows up, pushes through, and still manages to laugh along the way ❤️

Now… time to breathe (and maybe sleep 😅)
