Every time we set a goal we want we have to think is this realistic and is this in an appropriate time to obtain. Most results everyone wants to obtain whether it be at the gym, their finances, or career, is almost always a JOURNEY. Its not something you obtain in a week.

Still got a ton going on, short life update:

Still pushing classes 👨‍🎓📚
Keeping up with work 💵
Gotta fit my gym time in 💪🏋️‍♂️
Also squeezing physical therapy in there 🤕💪
Also preparing for trip to the beach ⛱
Let's not forget the kids, if you have them you know hand full of love ❤
