🏆✨ Hard work really does speak for itself!

I’m truly honored and grateful to be recognized as an Honoree at the 1st Annual Secret Society of Service Bureaus Honors & Mastermind Weekend. 💚💛

This recognition means a lot to me because people don’t always see what happens behind the scenes. The late nights, constantly learning, investing in myself, showing up even when I’m tired, building systems, helping others, making mistakes, fixing them, and STILL pushing forward.

I didn’t get here by knowing everything. I got here by being willing to LEARN everything I could. I showed up. I stayed consistent. I remained teachable. And I kept putting in the work.

Every room I walk into, I’m looking for something I can take back and apply to become a better CEO, Service Bureau owner, mentor, and leader.

And this is only the beginning. 🙌🏾
Thank you to everyone who has supported me, trusted me, taught me, challenged me, and watched me grow.

Kasey Durns is just getting started! 🥂🏆

Hard work + consistency + education + showing up = GROWTH.
💚💛 Honoree and PROUD of it!
