One of the things I’m most grateful for isn’t just what we’ve built for our clients, it’s who we get to build it with every day. This week, we stepped away from the office and spent the day together at Andretti’s, bowling, racing go-karts, playing laser tag, and just enjoying time with our families. We also celebrated two special additions, welcoming Megan to the team and spending time with Vikki’s beautiful daughter, Millie Grace, who stole the show in more than a few pictures. At Centrus, we believe great client experiences start with a team that enjoys working together, supports one another, and celebrates each other’s successes. To our clients, thank you for trusting this team. I’m truly grateful for this group and excited for everything we’re building together.

One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is investing in the next generation of financial advisors.

This week, Marco and Janicely traveled to Philadelphia for a due diligence meeting with one of our investment partners, Clark Capital. They had the opportunity to learn directly from industry professionals, ask questions, and gain firsthand exposure to the investment process that helps drive decisions for our clients.

Of course, there was also time for some fun—running the steps at the Rocky statue and taking in a Phillies game.

Watching young professionals grow in confidence, knowledge, and experience is incredibly fulfilling. Their success is our success.

At Centrus Financial Strategies, we believe that serving clients at the highest level requires a commitment to continuous learning and developing great people. I’m proud of the progress Marco and Janicely have made, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for them.
