Let's talk about what those five days actually feel like.

You get your own private room. Not sharing. Not "cozy." Yours — with a door you can close when your brain is full and you need twenty minutes to yourself.

Meals? Handled. You will not spend one minute of this retreat figuring out where everybody's eating.

I did that on purpose.

Because the thing that kills a working retreat isn't the content. It's logistics. It's decision fatigue. It's you arriving already tired from managing everybody else, and then being asked to think clearly about your business for the first time in a year.

So I removed all of it. Your room is handled. Your food is handled. Your only job in Orlando is to build the plan.
