FinCEN anunció su regla final el 30 de noviembre de 2023 en la que extendieron el período de gracia para presentar un Informe de información sobre beneficiarios reales (BOIR) inicial para empresas formadas entre el 1 de enero de 2024 y el 1 de enero de 2025 a 90 días. En la regla propuesta inicial de FinCEN para la Ley de Transparencia Corporativa, el período de gracia para las empresas formadas después del 1 de enero de 2024 para presentar BOIR iniciales era de 14 días. Después de revisar los comentarios públicos, FinCEN ajustó la regla para permitir a las empresas recién formadas 30 días para presentar BOIR
