How great is that raise sounding this year?

It’s usual at large employers to include a 2% annual salary bonus. However when you boil it down if you’re ONLY receiving 2 percent you’re really not making any gains financially due to the rise of inflation.

Remember when gas was under a dollar a gallon? Or a loaf of bread was under a dollar? Now all are reaching their ways towards three.

It’s very important to pay attention to these thing or otherwise overtime you will see a reduction in your buying power of your money!

What is Protected income? Years ago almost every major company provided pensions to their employees. To guarantee when they retire they would have income other than social security.

Now days less than 4% of companies have employee pensions. Which means the majority of savings relies on the employee which is why less than 10% of Americans today have an adequate amount of savings for retirement.
YOUR MONEY IS NOT PROTECTED IN A QUALIFIED PLAN

Now saw you do have money in a qualified account? What happens if the market drops and you’re taking an income from that account? That money is not going to last nearly as long due to the down market.

By placing your money in protected income products you can still have growth with downside protection and sleep at night that your money will always be coming in regardless of what the world is doing.

Do you really have all the money in your IRA?
When having a Traditional IRA and not a Roth account you are subject to taxes down the line.

Most people think we’ll I’ll just kick the cam down the road because I’ll be in a lower tax bracket when I retire. But the fact is you won’t have those great tax write offs like your kids, mortgage, etc making you more susceptible to taxes!

Do yourself a favor and keep that money in a Roth account where as in this example you’ll only pay $125,000 in taxes instead of $3378,000 or even better structure your retirement income and pay no taxes whatsoever and keep that $500,000!
