I'm sad to say, that Jessica has decided to go a different way and will be leaving Baumler Accounting in 2 weeks.

The Osakis office will be closing as I will not be able to be in 2 places.

We will continue to serve you just as we have been doing. Please bear with me as I get adjusted to running this business on my own.

At this time, we will not be taking on any new clients for monthly work or taxes.

A partnership or S corporation must make quarterly estimated tax payments if the sum of these estimated taxes, less any credits allowed against the tax, is $500 or more:

Minimum fee
Nonresident withholding
Composite income tax
Quarterly estimated payments are due for calendar year filers:

April 15
June 15
September 15
January 15 of the following year
