Great day on the course at the UTCA Clay Shoot! 🎯

We were proud to sponsor and attend this fantastic event supporting the Utility & Transportation Contractors Association of New Jersey, with all proceeds going toward their 2026 Education Scholarship.

We had the wonderful opportunity to welcome Bill Kline, Program Manager of Corporate College & Customized Training at Bucks County Community College, to train our team on Microsoft Teams. It was an engaging, lively, and insightful experience!

From start to finish, the group was highly engaged, and it was clear that everyone walked away with a stronger understanding of the platform. This is exactly what we were hoping to achieve from this training. With Damon leading alongside Bill, we know our team is in great hands and are confident these new tools and insights will elevate our Microsoft Teams usage to the next level.

The morning was made even better with a spread fueled by Dunkin’ because great conversations and meaningful learning are always a little sweeter with coffee and treats!

A big thank you to Bill and Damon for sharing their expertise, and to our team for their enthusiasm and participation. We look forward to continuing to build on what we learned together and we welcome any additional feedback as we keep growing!

We took time to recognize the women on our team at M&W Precast who help keep things running every day. Construction takes people who can stay organized, solve problems, communicate well, and keep things moving when the day gets busy. The women on our team do all of that AND MORE!

We’re especially proud of the way they support one another, with experienced team members mentoring others stepping into new roles and helping each other grow along the way.

The Precast Show 2026 – Kansas City

Last week M&W had six team members attend The Precast Show in Kansas City. For most of them, it was their first time.

We believe growth doesn’t happen inside four walls. It happens when you step out, learn from others, ask questions, and bring ideas back better than you left.

Our Quality Control Manager attended classes toward his Master Precaster certification — part of our ongoing commitment to developing our people and creating real opportunities for advancement.

The rest of the group spent time on the trade show floor and participated in a plant tour, walking away with practical takeaways and fresh perspective.

Seeing how others operate either confirms you’re on the right path or challenges you to raise your standard. Both are valuable.

A highlight for us was seeing Jeff Wehrung lead a highly attended session on:

“WYP3 – Advancing Your Workforce: Career Pathways in Precast.”

We’re proud of Jeff’s involvement and his willingness to share ideas around building clear career pathways inside our industry. Creating opportunities for advancement isn’t just good leadership — it strengthens retention, engagement, and long-term stability for our workforce.
