We have an opening for a full-time office administrator/bookkeeper. We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service and organizational skills with proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word and Adobe.

Duties could include but not be limited to greeting clients, organizing files, processing payroll, coordinating with clients to arrange drop-off/pick-up of information and data entry in Excel/QuickBooks. Prior payroll and bookkeeping experience would be preferred. Experience in QuickBooks would also be beneficial, although not required.

Typical hours would be 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Pay would be determined based upon skillset and prior experience. Qualified candidates may email resumes to [email protected].
