The new name recognizes Shannon Raines’s leadership, her long-standing partnership with our Managing Director, Mitch Settle, and the role she has played in shaping our team’s direction and client experience.

Shannon joined our team in 2009. Many of you know her as a trusted advisor, a steady resource, and a leader within Baird.
