This is a PSA for new travelers,

1. Most hotels will hold money on your card for incidentals. Have some extra money (like $300) on your card.

2. You are definitely going to pay more to stay where everything is happening (i.e. downtown, popular tourist spots etc.).

3. Be prepared to pay for parking, especially in downtown areas).

4. Don't eat the hotel food if you can't afford it. It's most likely nasty anyway.

5. Stop cussing the front desk staff out because you didn't read the fine print.

Some of y'all ain't been no where and it shows.
