Quick tax-season reminder because I’m seeing a lot of confusion right now…

The IRS has not opened tax season yet.

Yes, we are taking clients and helping people get organized.
But the IRS is not processing returns.

There are also no IRS stimulus checks and no “tariff checks” as of the date of this post.

So if money is being advertised as a refund right now, it’s an advance aka loan, not funds from the IRS.

No official IRS start date has been announced yet.
Slow down, ask questions, and be smart.
