We are still accepting new clients.

This year and the coming years pose an extra challenge as many accountants are retiring and there are not enough people entering the field.

We have been receiving tons of calls over the last few months from people needing an accountant. Rest assured, we have hired and trained double the amount of tax preparers as usual and all returns are reviewed by Jill before being finalized.

We have adopted and customized TaxDome to help us communicate quicker and more efficiently with our clients. If you are a current client, we encourage you to download the TaxDome Client Portal app on your phone.

While we no longer offer sit down, while you wait tax preparation, you can be assured that we will have your return prepared in a reasonable amount of time without the need for an extension unless you need one.

We're hiring! We're looking for a seasonal office assistant for Tax Season, January - mid April. See description below.

Seasonal office assistant needed from January to mid April, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm are the hours our office is open. Hours and days are flexible and can be discussed at interview. Light computer work involved. Customer service experience preferred. Position involves customer interaction.

Job Duties:

Answering Incoming Calls
Make Outgoing Scheduling Calls
Scheduling Clients for Drop Off/Pick Up Appointments
Scanning and Sorting Documents/Stapling and Assembling Documents
Entering Customers in our Project Tracking Database

Pay Rate: $15-$17.50/hour
