At Wealth by Design Group, delivering a great client experience often starts with the people working behind the scenes to make sure every detail is handled with care.

Today, we're introducing Nicki Farelli, our Investment Support Specialist.
Nicki plays an essential role in helping implement investment planning strategies and supporting the ongoing administration of our clients' investment accounts. From opening new accounts and coordinating transfers to managing deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance, her attention to detail helps keep everything running smoothly.

Before joining Wealth by Design Group, Nicki served as a Senior Operations Administrator in the Paramus office of Osaic, bringing valuable experience and operational expertise to our team. She also earned her Associate of Science degree from Bergen Community College.

Outside the office, Nicki enjoys reading and writing romance novels, hosting dinner parties, and crafting — a reflection of the creativity and thoughtfulness she brings to both her personal and professional life.

Despite ongoing discussions around inflation, interest rates, and geopolitical uncertainty, U.S. markets have posted a strong first half of the year. At the same time, investors are navigating increased volatility and asking an important question:

When you think of the people you admire most in life, what traits come to mind? Those great leaders, great parents, great business owners rarely achieve success because they always had the right answer. They succeed because they stay grounded in their values when the answer isn't obvious.
