🐾🩷 MORE THAN A LABEL. A WHOLE LOT OF LOVE. 🩷🐾

Goofy. Affectionate. Energetic. Sensitive. Strong. Playful. Complicated. Cuddly.

Every single one of those words can describe a dog—and none of them tells their whole story. ❤️

Pit bull-type dogs are often judged before anyone takes the time to get to know them. Their appearance can speak louder than their personality, and stereotypes can keep people from seeing the individual dog standing right in front of them.

But here's the truth: a breed label cannot tell you everything about a dog's personality, needs, or potential.

🐶 Some are goofy clowns who make you laugh every day.
💕 Some are affectionate cuddle bugs who want to be close to their people.
🎾 Some are energetic adventurers who love to keep moving.
🐾 Some are sensitive souls who need patience and understanding.

When it comes to taxes, keeping good records can make a big difference! Some tax benefits depend on your individual situation, and having the right documentation helps you determine what you may qualify to claim.

Here are a few records worth keeping organized:

🎓 Student Loan Interest — Keep Form 1098-E and related records. Whether you can deduct student loan interest depends on eligibility requirements, including income limits.

❤️ Charitable Donations — Save receipts and acknowledgments for qualifying charitable contributions. Remember, donations generally must meet IRS requirements to be deductible.

🐾🩷 RESCUE DOGS: THEIR PAST DOESN'T DEFINE THEIR FUTURE. 🩷🐾

Some have been abandoned. Some have been rehomed again and again. Some have been left behind, overlooked, or forced to survive on their own.

And yet, when the right person finally comes along, so many of these dogs find the courage to open their hearts again. ❤️

They don't need a perfect past to deserve a beautiful future. They don't need to be flawless, perfectly trained, or free of fears. They need patience, understanding, safety, and someone willing to see the dog in front of them—not just the story they came from.

🐶 Some need time to trust.

🏡 All deserve the chance to feel safe and loved.

Today is for the lap cats, the window watchers, the zoomie experts, the professional nappers, and the midnight troublemakers who somehow manage to run the entire household. 😂🐾
