To our clients/friends that live in Hubbard County. A mistake was made at the county level when assessing property values this year. There are a lot of values that are higher than they should be. Hubbard County is aware of their mistake, but it is up to the property owner to contact the assessor's office to see if your property is one that is over-valued. If it is they will have you complete a form. This is just to let people know the process and what to do. I would encourage a phone call in if you have property in Hubbard County.
