The IRS automatic extension deadline is October 15th. Be sure to file your taxes by this deadline to avoid the late filing penalty. If you live or work in a FEMA designated disaster area you are elegible for an additional extensions and could be eligible to get most penalties and interest charges waived.

Attention New Jersey renters, homeowners, and seniors. The 2021 NJ Anchor Benefit has been approved! Renters are eligible to receive $450. Homeowners are eligible to receive $1,500. Senior citizens age 65 and older are eligible for an additional $250. Be sure to apply before November 30, 2024.

Attention NJ residents: the 2020 Anchor Benefit has been approved. Renters will receive $450 and homeowners will receive $1500 by Nov 1, 2023. Renters age 65 or over will receive $700 and homeowners 65 or over will receive $1,750.
The filing deadline is September 30, 2023.
