Big update on 18 Mark Lane in New City. I represent the sellers on this one and we are about to go into contract. Let’s be honest about something first. This house has been rocking the same look since roughly 1987 and it was not shy about it. The wallpaper had opinions. The kitchen had a personality of its own.
