I have recently relocated to Peculiar Missouri. I am looking for new clients for my tax and accounting business. I have over 40 years of experience in all forms of tax returns. As an Enrolled Agent I prepare Individual, Farm (mostly cattle and poultry), self-employed businesses, 1065 LLC Partnerships, 1120 S-Corporations, Payroll Reports, W2's, 1099's, generate profit and loss reports from bank statements, etc... IRS opening Jan 23rd to begin filing. W2’s and 1099’s due Jan31st. some changes effecting smaller refunds as child credit reduced to 3000. 401’s effected through the markets volatility. Praying for a smoother season with refunds received in a timely manner! God bless with more prosperity, lower grocery prices, utilities affordable especially to those on fixed incomes! Looking forward to seeing you soon! God bless the families that have lost loved ones in 2022 and into 2023! God’s in control over all of our lives! In spite of the world, turn your eyes toward Jesus!

If you older generations like myself have filed a Quitclaim deed and it’s sitting in your safe deposit box until your death and your beneficiary files it at the court house it will go to probate. The law has changed in July of 2021. What you need to do: find an Estate lawyer or general lawyer that can make you a Beneficiary Deed. It will not go to probate and you will be in control up until your death and you will always have option to sell if you so decide!
