Part-time Administrative Assistant
Organization/Business Overview:
Royale Resources, Inc., an established payroll & benefits administration services provider is
looking for a 20-30 hour/week part-time Administrative Assistant. Starting wage is $14.00 -
$16.00 depending on experience.
Job Description:
This role is critical to our client experience and requires a friendly, upbeat demeanor. The
Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited
to: answering the phones, filing, greeting clients, payroll data entry, preparing employee benefit
booklets and other employee benefit communications.
This position does NOT provide medical benefits.
Position Responsibilities
Handles incoming telephone calls and responds to requests for information
Performs routine administrative duties such as maintaining office supplies and
processing mail
Supports projects, administration of various programs, and processing functions as
needed
Helps create payroll files and track benefit eligibility
Provides back-up support on tasks that do not require any type of licensing or
registration for other staff members, as needed
Completes other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed
Follows established guidelines/procedures
Position Qualifications
Previous administrative/secretarial experience desired
Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft
Word, Excel, Quickbooks is a plus)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing
frequent interruptions
Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
