As today is the last day of the regular "tax season", we would like to thank all of our wonderful returning clients for their continued business as well as thank our many new clients for entrusting us. We will be in office till 5pm today. Beginning Monday, April 24th, we will adjust our open hours to Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm and Fridays 8am-Noon to allow our dedicated staff to enjoy more time with their families. Any clients on the extension list for various reasons, we will begin addressing your returns Monday. As a reminder, we are able to provide many other services to the public outside of tax season including but not limited to: monthly accounting, payroll services, mergers and acquisitions assistance, agreed upon procedure engagements, litigation support accounting, profitability and cost analysis, and so much more. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you feel you may need assistance in a business, financial, or tax matter. Thank you!!

Staff Highlight: C. Snyder Chapman is the founding shareholder here at Chapman and Chapman CPAs (Originally Chapman PC). Snyder is entering his 39th year as a practicing CPA. He began his career at Cherry Bekaert in Florida after graduating from Georgia Southwestern University. Snyder returned to his hometown of Perry GA to establish the original firm with his father (late: Ed Chapman Sr) in 1985. The firm maintained 2 offices (Macon and Perry) before consolidating to Perry as technology advanced. Snyder's vast years of experience has allowed him to become an expert in many aspects of public accounting. Snyder provides tax, business growth, and acquisitions planning to many clients including industries such as automobile and equipment dealerships, farming conglomerates, fast food operations, dental and surgical groups, construction, large estates and trusts, and many more. Snyder has also provided audit services to municipalities and dealerships as well as being hired multiple times for expert witness testimony in the Superior Court regarding financial analysis in divorce and business dispute matters. Snyder is a past president of the Perry Rotary Club and past member of the Westfield Schools Board of Trustees. Snyder works some shorter hours these days as he is enjoying the fruits of his labor spending time outdoors and with his grandsons.

Chapman and Chapman CPAs was formed in 2022 through the partnering of Pittard Chapman CPA and C. Snyder Chapman CPA. We are a third generation CPA firm having served our clients over 44 years.
