We are very excited to welcome Katlyn Hansen to our team! Katlyn graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She previously worked at a local non-profit organization where she gained valuable experience in bookkeeping and finance. Katlyn and her husband Billy are both from Petoskey where they are currently raising their children, Carol and Will. Katlyn enjoys following her daughter around for hockey and baseball and spending time with family!

📢 Important Update from the State of Michigan

The State of Michigan has issued a recent update regarding notices sent to taxpayers.

Treasury has acknowledged an error in certain notices that incorrectly indicated 2025 estimated payments were not applied to taxpayer returns. They have confirmed that all payments are accurately reflected in their system.

✅ No action is required at this time.
📌 Additional notices have been paused while the issue is being resolved.

Based on this update, we believe the matter is resolved and that no further correspondence from the State should be expected.
