While the United States is no longer sending out federal stimulus checks this year, many residents have direct payments from the government heading their way.

The Alabama Department of Revenue will start issuing checks / direct deposits on Nov. 30th. The tax rebate will be $150 to individuals and $300 for couples filing jointly.

For Alabamians, the check will soon be in the mail. Or, more likely, in your bank account via direct deposit. The state budget signed last week...
