👋 Hi, I’m Liz Becerra — QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor and finance expert with 20 years of experience helping small business owners master their money. Dance has been my heartbeat since childhood, and when I became a studio manager, I poured everything into my students. But behind the scenes, I often felt overwhelmed and unprepared for the business side no one talks about. Later, when I learned the

financial systems and clarity I desperately needed back then, everything changed—and I realized no studio owner should have to struggle the way I did. That’s why I created this course: to give you the tools, confidence, and support I wish I had, so you can run your studio with peace, purpose, and the freedom to focus on what you truly love—the dance.

Building a business takes a lot out of you, especially when things don’t move as fast as planned.

This is your reminder to start the day with a steadier mindset.

Small sales still count.
Small progress still matters.
Small steps still build something real.

Read these before starting your business day, and keep going.

Which affirmation did you need most today? 👇

That business idea keeps coming back for a reason.

Write down what it is, who it helps, what problem it solves, and what the first simple version could look like.

No big announcement needed.
No perfect plan needed.

Just one clear move this week that proves you’re taking it seriously.

Your future self needs you to start somewhere. 🤍

Happy Sunday! 🤍

Running a business gets easier to manage when the important parts are not just sitting in your head.

Clear numbers, simple systems, and better decisions make a big difference over time.

Start by paying closer attention to what your business is already showing you.

I get it!

Starting a business can sound exciting, but it also brings a lot of questions.

What should you offer?
Who should you serve?
Where do you even start?

That’s why your “why” matters

It keeps you clear on the reason behind the business, the problem you want to solve, and the life you want to build from it.

Before building the brand, the logo, or the offer, get clear on the reason behind it first 🤍

That reason will guide your next move.

What’s the reason behind the business you want to build?

Some things are funny until they hit a little too close.

At the end of the day, running a business is not just about the big wins.
It’s also learning how to stay calm through the little chaos.

What’s your top horror movie as a business owner? LMK 👇

A business usually does not shut down from one big mistake.

Most of the time, it starts with small things that keep getting ignored, unclear numbers, weak pricing, tight cash, one income source, or systems that cannot keep up.

The goal is to catch these things early, before they become harder to fix.

Save this and review one area of your business this month! 📁

Grateful for the small wins, the answered prayers, the doors that opened, and the things that finally started moving.

Not every blessing is loud.

Sometimes it looks like peace in the middle of the week, bills getting paid, people showing up, work coming in, and another chance to keep going.

Here’s to a May full of better decisions, better opportunities, and steady business growth. ❤️

Before putting time, money, or energy into a business idea, check if it actually has a chance to work.

Excitement is a good start, but a strong business idea needs more than that.

1️⃣ Does it solve a real problem?
The best ideas make life easier, save time, reduce stress, or help people get a better result.

2️⃣ Are people already paying for it?
Look for proof that demand already exists. Are people searching for it, asking for it, or buying something similar?

3️⃣ Can it start simple?
Start with one clear offer, one type of customer, and one way to deliver it well.

4️⃣ Can it bring repeat customers?
One-time sales are fine, but repeat demand gives the business more stability over time.

5️⃣ Do the numbers make sense?
Look at the cost to start, the time involved, the price, and the profit left after expenses.

A good idea is not just exciting.
It should solve a clear problem, have real demand, and make sense on paper.

Save this before starting or expanding a business this year. 😘
