Profit and cash flow are not the same thing. This is one of the most important distinctions in business finance.
Here's the difference:
๐ก Profit = Revenue minus expenses on paper
๐ธ Cash Flow = Money that actually moves in and out of your bank account
A business can be profitable and still run out of cash โ if customers pay late, inventory ties up funds, or big expenses hit before revenue catches up.
Understanding both numbers (not just one) is what keeps businesses out of trouble.
