Nietzke & Faupel, P.C.

Nietzke & Faupel, P.C. Certified Public Accountants - Agriculture Accounting Specialists. Dairy, Livestock, Cash Crop Operations serving the Great Lakes states.

Our firm was originally formed in 1957 as a full service public accounting firm. In 1983 Allan Nietzke, CPA and Donald Faupel, CPA formed Nietzke & Faupel, P.C which focused on agriculture along with tax and audit services. Our founders identified the unique needs for AG accounting and set aside time to work on these services. I was part of that development process. Our firm's work on AG financial

statements was recognized by the Farm Financial Standards Council where I served as past president and continue to be a member. Our AG department also developed benchmarks for diary and cash crop operations. Since then our practice developed its tax and audit services along with accounting services. All three are critical to providing a full range of services for our clients. We take this seriously as we require ongoing professional education for all our accountants. Our CPAs are members of the MACPA and the AICPA. We work with a variety of business owners in the "thumb of Michigan" as well has hundreds of individuals. Helping our business clients. Our rewards come from knowing we have helped thousands of clients over the years, many facing challenges that might be similar to your own. We are keenly aware of how businesses grapple with issues as they work to improve and expand their businesses. Many struggle with common issues such as managing employees, marketing, lack of processes and systems, or simply trying to do too many different things. One important lesson we learned is that there is no quick fix. True results come with work over months and even years. It comes with hard work and even a little pain. We are very honest with our clients about the hard work of moving a business to the next level. But the outcomes are worth it, and the journey can be fun and exciting, when you have someone guiding you. Staying focused on the road ahead. We understand that clients come to us to get tax returns done, or required financial statements and other services, but our real passion is to help you focus on the things that will grow and improve your businesses, manage your wealth, so you can live a balanced life. We would personally be happy to talk with you about your business needs. Please feel free to call 989-453-3122 and ask for me, Jeffrey Bushey, CPA Managing Partner. I would personally be happy to talk with you about your business needs.
