Did you know that Christmas is on Dec 25th this year?

That means that Christmas is only 36 days from now....Say what!?!?

So many people seem to forget about the holidays until its too late. They use their credit card and go into debt because they forgot to plan for the expenses.

What if I told you there was another way. That you didn't have to go into debt to purchase things but instead you could pay cash.

If 2020 has taught me anything it is that debt truly is a thief. It steals your paycheck, your joy and your peace.

To those of you who are in the Service here is our debt free story.

When I joined the Marines I was making the most I had ever made at a job and my wife and I thought that we were doing ok. We were able to afford the monthly payments so we thought we were doing alright.

What we didn't comprehend at the time was that we were living paycheck to paycheck. We were living a YOLO life that was not preparing us for a bright future. We literally weren't saving a dime from month to month. All the money came in and it all went back out.

What made us change was when we realized we weren't making any progress towards our goals. I grew up in a single parent household that was close to the poverty level and I knew that I didn't want to live that way. So, my wife and I decided to change.
We got serious about attacking the debt and we paid off more than $28,000 of debt and cash flowed another $10,000 for a new car in 18 months. All while I was on an E3/E4 paycheck.

We made huge sacrifices. My wife moved home while I was deployed and lived with her mom for 10 months. We threw every penny we could at the debt. We did what it took to get the debt our of our lives so we could LIVE.

If you want to win with your money it takes sacrifice, determination and a plan.

Everyone there is HOPE! Some of you may be struggling through this year or the season you are in but there is a way out and you can make it there.

What if the next time there was an emergency, or you got laid off or there was a pandemic, or whatever the situation is, you didn't have to worry about making payments towards your debt. Instead you had plenty of savings and NO debt!

My wife and I have NO DEBT including the house. Although my wife got laid off. Even though we couldn't go anywhere because things were shut down. Even though there was a pandemic, and wild fires, and the unknown from the election. We still had PEACE! Because we were in a place to weather the storm and we ultimately know that no matter what happens we know where our TRUE peace comes from.

If you are struggling right now, know that it is only for a season. You CAN get through this. You've got this! Keep pushing forward!!

My client wanted to be debt free by the end of 2020. So I challenged her to take some bold steps. What did she do when she got off the phone? She threw $2,500 at her student loans!! 🤯

She’s gonna be debt free in Dec 2020 and make this dumpster 🔥 of a year the best year yet!
