NEW HERE? LET’S TALK TAX BUSINESS.
We’ve noticed a lot of new tax professionals joining the Tax Notch community after seeing the Tax Tour 2026 commercial.
First—welcome!
But we don't want you to just follow the page. We want to know what you're trying to build.
Tax preparers, EROs, EAs, accountants and firm owners:
What is the #1 thing you want to accomplish before the 2027 tax season?
A. Get more tax clients
B. Make more money from my existing clients
C. Add S-Corp & business returns
D. Add payroll services
E. Learn tax resolution
F. Build Realtor/mortgage partnerships
G. Start or grow my own tax office
H. Become an ERO / grow my ERO business
Drop your LETTER + CITY in the comments.
Example: “E — Tampa”
We're going to use your answers to help shape some of the conversations and education we're bringing to the Tax Notch Tax Tour.
And don't be surprised if we answer your question right here on the page.
We’re building more than a tax software company. We’re building a community of tax professionals who want to grow.
Then use their answers for content
This is where it gets powerful. If 15 people answer “E — Tax Resolution,” your next video can open with:
“I asked our new Tax Notch followers what they wanted to learn, and a lot of you said TAX RESOLUTION. So let me show you something…”
Then teach one concept and finish with your Tax Tour CTA.
You could repeat this with S-Corps, payroll, Realtor partnerships, AI/compliance and Tax Notch. That makes followers feel like they're influencing the content instead of just being marketed to.
I would also occasionally ask extremely easy questions such as “How many tax returns did you prepare last season: 0–50, 51–100, 101–300, or 300+?” Those low-effort questions can help get people talking before you ask them to register for anything.
