Huge thank you to Rhonda, owner of K&L Bobcat in Darlington, for inviting me to her customer appreciation golf outing. It was a hot one, but such a fun event!

Rhonda is incredible at what she does. As long as I’ve known her, she’s been the person to call for anything Bobcat-related. She has built a business people trust through hard work, knowledge, and taking great care of her customers.

One of my favorite parts of being a small business owner is getting to support other local businesses. I’m especially grateful that Rhonda trusts me with all of K&L Bobcat’s bookkeeping needs.

Congrats to Mandie Eagan on the opening of her new and incredibly beautiful space, Viva Infusions, in Mt. Horeb.

Most of my days are spent sitting in front of screens looking at QuickBooks, asking for bank passwords, and following up with clients who ignore my questions. But days like today make all of those mundane moments completely worth it.

Mandie and I started working together when her business was gaining momentum and she wanted someone to help keep her financials in line, guide her through the growing pains of business ownership, and help keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Many employees, clients, and now a brand new building later, we’re still two strong women supporting each other, and I couldn’t be happier or more proud of what she has built.

Owning my own business… you’d think I’d be the boss. Turns out Pep and my mini aussiedoodle are actually running the show. One of them is constantly micromanaging me to keep working, and the other is enforcing mandatory walk times.

The only problem is breaks are only approved if they involve treats… and they can never get enough treats.
