Meet Erik, our one of our Tax Manager

Erik Humphrey has been in Accounting since 2020 when he started working for his family's tax service in Carnation, WA. He graduated from Western Governor's University 2022 and is currently working on his Masters in Accounting. He joined DMP Management as a Senior Accountant after making a career switch from steel manufacturing. Erik currently oversees the Black Diamond, WA office as well as our virtual tax staff.

Meet the Owner - Daniel Pho

Daniel Pho is a licensed Enrolled Agent and has been in Accounting since 2015 after graduating from Washington State University. He then obtained his MBA and has worked his way up from Accounts Payable Clerk to Controller and HR Manager of a large distribution company. Since 2018, he has made growing DMP Management into a nationally recognized and prestigious accounting firm the sole focus of his professional career.
