Attention business owners, a new Act has been implemented which is placed into effect starting February 21, 2025. The new act states that you as an employer are required to accrue sick time for your employees located in Michigan (which includes part-time and full-time employees). We have attached an informational PDF that may be helpful to you as you begin the implementation process.
