The S Corp & Partnership tax filing deadline is Monday, March 16, 2026, for calendar-year filers. The deadline is typically March 15th but shifts to the next business day when it falls on a weekend or holiday. S Corps must file Form 1120-S while Partnerships must file Form 1065 and provide Schedule K-1 forms to shareholders by this date.
