Job Opening in our Porterville and San Luis Obispo locations!!
Tax Preparer / Bookkeeper (experience required)
The Applicant must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, show strong teamwork, and have the ability to multi-task.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
• General office duties
• Bookkeeping for client accounts
• Payroll processing for client accounts
• Worker compensation audits
• Process 1099’s
• Process business property statements
• Client appointments in person or via phone
• Process income tax returns
• Tax return review with clients

Qualifications and requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration
• Must have Individual and Corporate tax return preparation experience
• Minimum of 2 years of Bookkeeping/Accounting experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks accounting software, and/or other tax prep software
• Demonstrate strong organizational, planning and deadline management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to prioritize
• Pleasant, professional attitude
• Experience in tax resolution (preferred but not required)
