Think of your paycheck on Fridays as the seed.

Answer: Stop allowing the budget to be in control.

If you allow your child to eat candy all day, then the child will not eat dinner at night. No matter how loud or hard your voice gets, no veggies for the child.

You have to be in control to get control over finances.
