Started this month getting my license for California.

Ending it with another license for Maryland!

In two more states I’ve connected with women to help their financial goals.
That makes eleven states on my roster to practice in.

The goal for 2026?...
Florida, Massachusetts and Texas licenses.

Three days away from my clients to focus on my education was HARD.

But the five hour drive to Boston (and back) was worth every minute (and dollar).

When I started this career I knew I would have to invest in my business.
Exams, licenses, software, insurance, marketing.

The most valuable of all investments, though, is the TIME to keep learning.

We moan and groan at what needs to be done to move to the next level.

But just as I tell my clients, being uncomfortable (momentarily) has the biggest growth on the other side.

Don't think, just do.

Take the class...read the book...talk to the pro...say, "YES."
Then watch your growth.
Even if it's one small step at a time.

Who do you think needs it more?

The answer is both.

Makes $150k, “I thought planning was for more wealthy people, but I’m ready.”
Makes $400k, “We’re living month to month, but we can hold off on planning.”

Crazy the difference, right?

Definitely in rooms where I'm the only LGBTQ+ member.

I speak up anyway.

I recently partnered with a yet another woman who specifically asked for a female advisor.

This trend continues because money isn't just about numbers.

It’s about trust. It’s about values.
It’s about feeling safe enough to share the full picture of your life.

In finance, where representation hasn’t always been visible, I’m proud to create spaces where others feel fully seen and understood.
