I hope it’s worth the wait… 🤞✨

This grateful thread has taken me a while to get down to a digestible post without going on forever.

Every day I wake up and I am met with the most precious thing in the world next to me in bed. 🥹❤️

No, I’m not talking about Simba this time… 🐾

Every day when I get home, an extended hug 🤗 and loving kiss 😘 make all of my stresses and worries melt away. 🫠💕

Every day when we lose our breath in laughter 😂 over the goofiest of dances 💃🕺, songs 🎶, and antics 🤪, I smile fondly with the thought that we will let these good times roll for a lifetime.

Her smile brightens an entire room and my entire mood. 😊❤️

The love and care she shows to our beloved Simba 🐕 makes me beyond excited to start a family together. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💕

Her commitment to her patients as an eye doctor 👩‍⚕️, who genuinely cares about their well-being 👁️✨ and customizes all aspects of her practice to deliver the highest quality experience, has motivated me to take my business to the next level. 🚀📈

🌿 Gratitude Thread: Finding Peace in Nature 🌞

As someone who truly appreciates nature in all its beauty, I find it to be the perfect place to meditate on all those things in life I am most grateful for.

Whether it’s the rustling of leaves, the chirping of birds, or the quiet stillness of a sunrise

I spend time looking at all the things that most of us miss while we are going about our day and the busy schedules we have.

Nature gives me inner peace and has a way of reminding us how beautifully vast and interconnected the world is—and yet how small we are in the grand scheme of things. 🌍

🌲 My favorite escape? A multi-day hike through the trails of the Appalachian Mountains in NC, VA and TN. But even a quick lunchtime stroll outside can work wonders.

Step outside, breathe deeply, and take in the little details—the texture of a tree, the play of light on water, or the way the sun and air feels on your skin.

Admittedly, I missed last week’s Grateful Thread on Thursday, so I will be making another one tomorrow to catch up.

I got a little carried away with the pictures here, but this dog just has so much personality that it’s hard to capture it all in any number of photographs 📸🐾

This gentle giant keeps me honest with morning runs 🏃‍♂️🌅

He keeps me sane with perfectly timed cuddles 🤗💖

He keeps me laughing with his inquisitive antics and contagious zoomies 😂⚡

He keeps me grounded with adventures in the outdoors that we both love 🏞️🌲

He keeps me headed in the right direction as my shotgun rider 🚗🐶

I am most grateful for the fact that he brought Bianca and me together and helped me propose 💍❤️
