Nader Mahmoud (Exit Factor), Dale Brunelle (First Choice Business Brokers of the Triangle), and Cristof Ensslin (Pine Ridge Wealth) gave a three-pronged presentation yesterday hosted by Alesha Goldberg at the Pinnacle Financial Building in Raleigh. If you want to know more on how to grow, capture, and keep the value of your business, keep these gentlemen in mind.

The Giants of the NC State Fair. Why am I posting about the fair besides giant pumpkins and watermelons are cool. I wandered upon a networking opportunity as I ate my way around the fair (Christa posted food photos on her timeline). Now, the gentleman I spoke to did not need my services; however, I was able to refer him to some of my networking associates. Now, if I only had sense to grab receipts for all of my expenses, I would have made out like a bandit on my tax deductions. :)

Another wonderful evening with Raleigh Veteran Connect at The Iron Oaks. This time one of the conversations veered off into a discussion on WWII. Why? I am getting ready to donate a sizable collection of history, military, and biographical books to the University of South Carolina NROTC unit (my commissioning source), so I am trying my best to at least skim through as many of the unread ones as I can. Thus, the topic of WWII was fertile ground for a side bar conversation. :)

I was the lucky winner of Claudia Rickard's complementary workshop following her presentation at the Holly Springs Small Business Network (HSSBN) a couple of months ago. I want to thank Claudia for the workshop and the follow-on Bunny Talk presentation last week. There is so much more going on besides hypnotism; plenty of emotional coping strategies were showcased. Thank you, Claudia, for bringing your specialties to the triangle community.
