This residence is staffed by a fully RBT-certified support team supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing an individualized approach to support. Careful consideration is given to creating compatible household dynamics based on each resident’s needs, interests, and personalities, with the overall goal of promoting skill development, greater independence, and an enhanced quality of life.
