A quick and caring learner, Jill naturally earns the trust of co-workers, managers and clients. Communication and organization are her passion; she thrives on finding new tools to promote better workplace communications and increase overall efficiency.

Along with her bright and friendly manner, Jill brings 20+ years of client services and administrative skills to the team. Her experience began as the Sales Assistant & CE Coordinator of a small financial consulting firm in New Jersey and she managed several small businesses before joining the team at Third Eye Associates in 2022. Meet Grace George Khartoum, our remarkable Financial Planning Intern!

Grace is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance at Bard College, where Beth and Madeline presented a student workshop on financial literacy as guests of the Career Development Office.

Grace and the other attendees were such a pleasure to meet with, and had such great follow-up questions that we invited them to our office to meet with our team and get personalized advice on their finances from Rob Alonso, our Director of Investments.

After this meeting, Grace took the initiative to apply for an internship, and she has already transformed our office with her organizational skills. At Third Eye Associates, she supports advisors in preparing financial plans, cash-flow analyses, retirement projections, and investment summaries, while building the technical foundation to pursue a career that bridges financial practice with social policy. Grace is motivated by the belief that financial tools, when made accessible, can be truly transformative for marginalized communities.

You're in great hands at our office with our Operations Associate: we're excited to welcome Madeline Russo to the Third Eye team!

Madeline brings a decade of experience in systems, human resources, and organizational management to her role at Third Eye Associates. Before joining the firm, she supported boutique architecture and design-build companies in the Hudson Valley and Catskills, helping small teams grow efficiently and intentionally, keeping sustainability and people at the center of their processes.

Her background also includes roles in nonprofit advocacy and small business administration. Madeline previously served as Chair of the Town of Rochester’s Environmental Conservation Commission, where she launched monthly educational programming, and secured a Local Champions grant that led to the adoption of the Town’s Climate Smart Communities plan.

As a mother of two young girls, Madeline has also acted as the construction manager for dozens of fairy houses across the parks and backyards of the Hudson Valley.
