Breaking News: Texas Court Halts Corporate Transparency/BOI Filings

On December 3, 2024, a federal court in Texas issued a temporary nationwide injunction blocking the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and its beneficial ownership reporting requirements. This means businesses are no longer required to file with FINCEN by the January 1, 2025 deadline, pending further legal decisions.

As we enter the holiday season, we want to inform you about an important update regarding our operations at MillerMusmar CPAs.

In our continued commitment to the well-being of our team, we’ve decided to close our office the week of Thanksgiving (November 25th–29th) and the week of Christmas (December 23rd–27th).
