Last week's Annual Staff Retreat was one for the books! We had the opportunity to learn from Charm Bullard of Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities during a workshop on Neurodiversity in the Workplace, then put our teamwork and problem-solving skills to the test during a scavenger hunt at the Science Museum of Virginia with Discover Richmond Tours. The workshop sparked thoughtful discussion, and the scavenger hunt brought out plenty of friendly competition!
Days like these are a great reminder of the value of stepping away from our desks, connecting with colleagues, and strengthening the relationships that make our team so successful! ✨

Welcome to our first batch of summer interns, Anna and Maxwell! 🎉

We're thrilled to have these two Richmond natives join the WellsColeman team. Although they're currently studying out of state, we're glad they've made their way back home and chosen to spend part of their summer with us!

We look forward to getting to know them, supporting their growth, and seeing all they'll accomplish over the next few weeks.

We’re grateful to be recognized and enjoyed connecting with other organizations through meaningful conversations about developing future talent.

The award comes at the perfect time as we welcome our next group of interns next week. Looking forward to another successful internship season and continuing to support the next generation of professionals! ✨

To celebrate surviving another tax season, we traded spreadsheets for the gaming tables at our annual Firm Dinner! Between the high-stakes poker bluffs and the cheers at the roulette and craps tables, the energy was electric. We even sent a few lucky winners home with some incredible prizes to cap off the night 🎲🏆.

We can’t thank our team enough for the hustle they show every year. Watching everyone finally unwind and celebrate together is always the best part of crossing the finish line!
