Recently, Krista accomplished two major milestones in her career. In September, she celebrated two years with The Thigpen Group and also earned her CFP® certification- a huge achievement! For Krista, this represents much more than adding a few letters after her name. Thoughtful and thorough by nature, her CFP® certification gives her an even stronger foundation to guide clients through important financial decisions and build deeper, long-term relationships with the families we are so honored to serve. We are so excited to celebrate this accomplishment with Krista, and proud to have her on the team! 🎉

On the personal side, she's our resident optimist and health guru. Krista’s glass isn’t just half full. It’s filled with electrolytes, and she’ll tell you why yours should be, too. 💧 When she's not busy helping put together your financial plan, she's putting together a list of this year's music festivals to attend. 🎶 Not just a rule follower, she's a rule enforcer. Turns out, she brings the same level of care to your financial needs, too!

New marquee added yesterday. We look forward to our upcoming Open House and new home for our Private Client Group services. I am so proud of our incredible team and each of us are honored to be able to serve our clients with excellence. We can’t wait to welcome our existing clients to our new location and are excited how our expansion and growth of our team will create the capacity to serve even more families.

Bullseye & Buckeyes! The first of what we intend to be many "Ladies Life & Legacy" events was a hit!

We were proud to host a lovely crowd of amazing women (and sharp shooters!) at our friend's awesome establishment, The Range by Jimmy Primos in Gluckstadt. The ladies took a course on gun safety, after which they were able to test out their new skill set with a few practice rounds. We finished the evening with delicious drinks and hors d'oeuvres from Bless This Food Catering, and a lesson on the importance of legacy and planning from our very own, Scot Thigpen.

Everything from the knowledgeable trainers, gracious staff, wonderful food, and even better company made for a memorable night! Thank you to all who could join us! Be on the lookout for the next Ladies Night event hosted by The Thigpen Group. Food, fellowship, and family. We can't wait!

We recently celebrated our fearless leader, Scot Thigpen, for Boss's Day! What's not to celebrate? He is kind, thoughtful, generous, and a true leader with a servant's heart. To us, every day is Boss's Day! Thank you, Scot, for guiding us, motivating us, and inspiring us daily! The future is bright with you leading the charge! We are very grateful for you.

We've Moved! We're excited to announce The Thigpen Group has moved to a new office location within the Butler Snow Building.

This move reflects our continued growth and our ongoing commitment to serving clients better, with an improved space designed to support the same personalized, high-touch service from our team.

Our new address is 1020 Highland Colony Parkway, Suite 406, in Ridgeland, MS 39157.

The Thigpen Group was proud to be the Presenting Sponsor of Friendsgiving event this week. The Board of Trustees and staff of the Community Foundation is as talented of a group of leaders as you will ever see. So thankful for their leadership. I had the honor of introducing Martha Allen Price, Executive Director of Extra Table. I still get goose bumps when she shares her passion to solve food insecurity in MS. I got to share about my inspiration of Mississippians helping their neighbors which makes us the most generous state in the country. The Community Foundation is an incredible organization and MS is very fortunate to have them. Giving back is shared core value of The Thigpen Group team. We are so proud to be a part of this incredible community and loved celebrating together at this wonderful event. Hearts full of gratitude and thankful for all those who make Mississippi such a great place to live! With 6 grandchildren here because their parents chose to stay here, makes Big Popi and Kimi even more thankful to all those who make positive impacts to make MS even greater. Our best days are still ahead.
