😳 Who’s ready for the truth??
I was wildly young & naive when I decided to take over a business, which was probably to my advantage at the time. I’ve grown a ton yet will always be learning and improving (and stumbling). One thing I’ve accepted is that being the business owner means making decisions that benefit the company as a whole knowing not everyone may be stoked about it. We weigh the pros and cons, make a choice and move forward. We always adapt and question and change, but we keep the vision and key result top of mind 🔑
Can any other business owners relate? (Asking for a literal friend 🙋🏼‍♀️ plz and thx)

“Where you’re standing was once the goal.” When I bought a business in 2020, I had no idea what I was in for. My hopes and dreams have been chased, shattered, accomplished, and changed more times than I can even remember. Creating a culture of showing compassion, staying curious, and always challenging, may be what I am most proud of. These news walls and roof are so, so exciting, but I never want to lose the purpose and passion of what we do day in and day out.
