Forms W-2 and 1099-Misc must be completed by January 31st

Quarterly form 941 must be completed by January 31st.

Form 940 must be completed by January 31st.

If anyone thinking to incorporate business, now is the time to plan it for the next year. It is best to set it up as of January 1st in order to make a smooth transition and cut down cost on legal fees.
