The latest information: this report is required and will need to be filed before Jan 13,2025. It was challenged in court but apparently the fat lady has sang!
Let me know asap if you need me to file this for you.

If you started an LLC , partnership or any other corporation in 2024 you are required to fill out a BOI (beneficial ownership information) report before the end of the year. I will attach the information on where to find this.
All others incorporated before 01-01-2024 will probably need to file this as well although that is still being debated in the courts.
I will keep you informed on this within the coming month as the information becomes available.

Irs will start accepting returns January 23. However We can file your return now and and it will be there ready for them to process it on the 23rd.
