We also perform tax returns year round for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and more Our managing accountant, Don Shively, has been serving our area in bookkeeping, tax preparation and business consulting for over 40 years. His experience covers everything from basic tax returns to complex business accounting. His diverse client list includes individuals, sole proprietors, LLCs, partnerships, and corporations.

We have hit the ground running with taxes!! Here's a few reminders to help keep yall happy and us using our time the most efficiently:

•we rebranded! Tax Max --> Ruston Tax & Accounting. Same people, same exceptional service
•new address! 2300 Commons Ct, Ste 3
•open door policy! Come in anytime or call and schedule an appointment. We are here to serve yall but please know Mr. Don will only be available for appointments from 10-2 if you want him specifically.
•wait until you KNOW you have everything! 1099s are still slowly trickling In. It takes YOU longer to get your money if we have to do an amended return

This is the best time of year and we are so happy to see everyone again! 🤓
